SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through our website https://aqstypro.com/. Our aim is to deliver all of our products in perfect condition to our valued customers. We will deliver our products according to the terms and conditions of the following shipping policy. This shipping policy doesn’t constitute or confer any legal right between Aqsty Pro and any customer. We reserve the right to change this shipping policy anytime without any notification.

Please note that the orders will be delivered to the delivery address that you provided on the checkout page, so it is important that you pay special attention when completing the delivery address data. We will not be held liable if the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete. 

SECTION 1 – COVERAGE OF SHIPPING AREAS

We deliver to the Continental USA, Alaska & Canada. Orders are shipped only on business days (Monday - Friday; 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM). We don’t ship orders on holidays. For security reasons, Aqsty Pro will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING RATES

We offer shipping on all orders over USD$75.00. The orders which are under $75.00 have some shipping charges depending upon the location and regions you are ordering from. Shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. Most orders begin processing as soon as your online purchase is completed.

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING SERVICES WE USE

We use the services of UPS, USPS, and DHL as our primary shipping carrier;

UPS, USPS, and DHL offer 1 Day, 2 Day, 3 Day, and Ground Shipping;

UPS and DHL offer service guarantees for the continental United States. Packages shipped to Alaska and Canada may need additional days;

We know the urgency of your package is very important to you and we will ship the package out promptly;

We may elect to use a different shipping method if the package can get to you faster or at the same time as selected. 

SECTION 4 - SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME AND TRACKING

After your order has been placed, processed and payment approved, your product will be in the process of shipping. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or other contact information provided by you.

We will provide the tracking numbers, between 1 - 3 days after the order is placed. Once your order has been sent, a notification will be sent to your registered email address. This notification will have a tracking number through which you will be able to track your order. 

SECTION 5 - POSSIBLE DELAYS IN SHIPPING PROCESS

Deliveries that are delayed due weather conditions, environmental or dangerous goods incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, application of security regulations imposed by a government or otherwise applicable to the shipment, acts or omissions of customs officials, authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns, or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond our or shipping careers control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, or any circumstances beyond shipper’s control will not be granted any shipping (full or partial) refunds.

SECTION 6 - UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.

SECTION 8 - INCORRECT ADDRESS AND RE-ROUTED PACKAGES

We will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses at the time of purchase.

SECTION 9 - SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS

Aqsty Pro recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example, your home or place of employment. Aqsty Pro is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

SECTION 10 - SHIPPING COMPLETED

Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which Aqsty Pro makes the product available to the buyer, which is materialized through the control system used by the courier company.
